Return & Exchange Policy

At Kothaa, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions (unless defective)
  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Process

1. Request: Email us at kothacare@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable).
2. Approval: Once approved, we will share return instructions.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and initiate a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • In case of COD orders, we will issue a store credit or process a bank transfer after confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it at the earliest.

Kothaa reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy guidelines.
