Return & Exchange Policy

 Please read our return and exchange policy carefully

  • Customers are required to record an opening/unboxing video at the time of delivery.

  • This video is necessary to process any claims related to defective or incorrect products

Sale policy:

  1. Credit note will be issued for the return products.
  2. Exchange will be allowed with same or higher value.
  3. Items purchased on clearance and any season sale are non returnable and non exchangeable.

Return, Exchange & Credit Note Policy

  1. Timeframe:Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order email us at kothacare@gmail.com
  2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  3. Usage:Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or Store credit can be issued.
  5. Exceptions:
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
    • Customized products
    • Clearances sale
    • Any Season sale
  1. Credit Note: The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  1. Self-shipping
In-case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  1. Non-returnable Items:
  • Gift wrap cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
  1. Timeframe:Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order, Email us at kothacare@gmail.com
  2. Restrictions:Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
  3. Payment:The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
  4. Delivery:Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
  5. Product Exchange:
  • If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.

Refund & Replacement Policy

  1. Process:Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Kotha’s quality check.
  2. Timeframe:Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
  3. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
  4. Damaged or Defective Products:Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Kotha team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.

Note

International Orders:

  • Currently, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. For any queries, please contact us at kothacare@gmail.com
    • If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped to receive a full refund. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and No refund will be provided.
    • If a defective product is received, contact us immediately at kothacare@gmail.com with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. We will provide either a credit notes or a refund for the defective product after investigation; no replacement will be sent.
